Information you enter into the app may be stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This allows the app to remember your saved check-ins, default boat name, settings, and app preferences.
Jester Cruiser does not operate a user account system for this app and does not use a backend server to collect or store your check-in history.
Cocktail Cove Party Status may allow you to share your party status using the standard iOS share sheet. When you choose to share content, you control where that content is sent, such as Messages, email, social media, or another app installed on your device.
Jester Cruiser does not control the privacy practices of third-party apps or services you choose to share content with. Once you share content outside the app, that content is subject to the privacy policy of the service you selected.
Cocktail Cove Party Status does not require precise GPS location tracking to function. The app may include manually selected Lake Anna hotspot names, such as Cocktail Cove, for entertainment and status-tracking purposes.
If a future version of the app adds optional location-based features, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how location information is used.
The current version of the app is intended for status tracking and sharing. If the app later adds optional photo, gallery, or media upload features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are used to collect or share media.
